Annual Owner's Meeting

Our Owner's meeting was a great success and the weather was awesome!

1. Giv'er nite/ poker game - held Sat night after the meeting and Cabin funds are up $40. Completed
2. Update on the finances – Murray sez looking good! - Completed
3. Review of Hunter rental/ future rentals – Permission given to Phil to hunt on our 100 acres, Monday to friday.
4. Discussion on future power supplies – Barry to buy 2 solar panels. Doug bought one,too and all 3 installed to bring 5 on-line. - (Completed)
5. Discussion on a new front door – Add a screen door
6. Discussion on new wood stove/ glass door – not tabled due to time limit, glass door would be a plus in winter
7. Review and Discussion of "Tax Break" ( see info on Tax Break) – Doug to get more info.
8. Discussion of next year's dues – Decided that they will stay the same. - Completed
9. Winter wood supply – done, thanks to our guests. -Completed
10. Demo of Micro Hydro unit – Doug - partial sucess but not enough RPM, back to the drawing board - Completed
11. the dock – more work required this winter (Completed)
12. finish the lofts – use existing pine boards
13. new windows in the end of the loft - no decision reached
14. finish the ceiling – not tabled due to time limit
15. fill in the mud hole at the bottom of the front steps – priority, Rob to look into use of a backhoe - (Completed)
16. garbage run - not tabled due to time limit
17. New Sauna/Shower building - more details required

New Business

1. Driveway requires gravel (Murray) - Murray to look into more gravel. (Completed)
2. Tool shed (Barry) - Barry and Doug to assess requirements for a tool shed on west end of Cabin and start construction asap.
3. Second Bedroom needs to be finished (all) - white bead board suggested (Completed)
4. Fire extinguishers required (Doug)- Murray to pick up 2 for the cabin. (Completed)
5. Need more/bigger parking spots and/or a drive around. (Rob) (Completed)
6. More solar panels installed in a new location (Completed)
